The house is located in the sunny south of Austria, at the foot of the Dobratsch. Central but quiet location, only 100 m to the nearest department store and restaurant.
With the upscale furnishings, which were manufactured in its own, adjacent small workshop, the house is ideal for guests who want to live comfortably on vacation. There are a total of 3 bedrooms: 1 with an extra large double bed, 1 with a bunk bed, 1 with a double bed and bunk bed.

Pets are allowed in the chalet. To cover the additional cleaning effort, we charge an extra amount of 5 € per day.
Our rooms are ready for occupancy by 2 p.m. at the latest. On the day of departure we will make the room available to you by 10 a.m. Please don't forget to return your apartment key. You are welcome to pay your bill the evening before.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Between 11-13 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged, between 4-10 days 70% and between 0-3 days 90%.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house in order to be able to offer non-smokers more comfort. You are welcome to smoke in the garden, on the balcony or in front of the house.
To secure your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. You are welcome to pay the room bill with cash or bank transfer.
